Email Sessions
For an energy email session, I simply type out your session and email it to you once I am done. You do not have to be available or aware of when I am working on you.
Age 0-12: $55
Age 13-15: $75
Age 16-18: $115
Age 19+: $150
First Time Session (19+): $120

Let's meet over Zoom!

I will work on you for about 1 hour face to face. As we discuss some of the energy it helps to move it more quickly as we are working on it real-time.

Group Sessions
I LOVE group session!
​
Whether you have me as a guest in your group coaching, get a group of friends or family together, or invite me to your retreat these sessions are fun!
I will work on each person for about 8 minutes in front of the whole group. They are fun, bonding, and can help bring awareness as you apply the tools taught in each session to yourself
